LSU A&M Driver Training
Driver Training Questionnaire
The LSU A&M Driver Training is a 20-question questionnaire that must be completed in one sitting. The answers to all 20 questions are found on the Vehicle Use Procedures page and in PM-13, University Travel Regulations. Complete the training before submitting the Driver Authorization Request Form, and keep your completion date; you will enter it on the form.
- Full-time employees: three years.
- Part-time employees, including student workers: one year.
Training must be renewed before it expires. You will be notified 60 and 30 days before your training expiration.
Additional driver training is required for drivers of 12- and 15-passenger vans. The 15-Passenger Van Safety Training is assigned upon your request for Driver Authorization: select 12/15-passenger vans on the Driver Authorization Request Form, and when you are authorized to drive, the training will be assigned to you via email to complete.
If you are already an Authorized Driver, complete the Driver Authorization Request Form again and select 12/15-passenger vans, which will enroll you in the training.
