French Language Classes
Announcing Fall 2026 Language Classes
Classes are open to all current members of Friends of French Studies at LSU. The fee for the six classes is $120 + the cost of a text (beginners only), payable directly to the instructors on the first day of class. Beginner/Advanced Beginner Level Conversation Class
Will meet on Mondays starting September 14 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM in Room 434 Hodges Hall, 4th floor on campus.
The dates are as follows:
- September 14
- September 21
- September 28
- October 5
- October 12
- October 19
Note: The LSU gates open daily at 4:30; free parking is available in the front and back of Hodges Hall.
Intermediate/Advanced Conversation Class
Will meet on Thursdays starting on September 24 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the East Baton Rouge Parish Library, South Branch, 2210 Glasgow Ave. (near Sprout’s)
